- Returns Policy within 30
days:
- If you change your mind you
can return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days, excluding
earrings (for strict hygiene reasons), personalised or
engraved items, gift cards & gift packaging. - Personalised products can only
be returned if there is an error on our part (such as a mistake in
customisation). - We process returns within 7
working days of receiving them back into our warehouse, and any funds will
be returned to your account within 6 working days from that point. - Please note that original
shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot refund duties, taxes or
shipping charges.

details, we do not save your personal information, or we do not process
the transactions. - All are conducted under
Shopify's payment method, which is 100% safe and secure. - You can choose to pay with
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay or
PayPal. All are the same for us. - Your transaction and payment
details are directly handled by Shopify, our payment service
provider, with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. - Your credit card details are
sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by any parties
other than your bank – Including Hulyah London Ltd.
Customs,
Duties & Taxes
- To our European Union (EU)
customers, any orders placed from the 6th of July, 2023, will incur
additional charges/duties upon delivery, provided the total value
of your order is below €150. This is approximately 20% of
your total order. No surprise. - To our customers in
the United States, please note you will not be charged any
extra fees unless your order is over $600.
International
orders may incur
customs or import duties and tax charges upon arrival in the destination
country outside of the UK. These charges are the responsibility of the
customer, as we do not cover or reimburse these costs, including any import
fees on orders shipped for free.
We advise checking with your country's import regulations to determine if there
